Overview
Mobile Content World 2005 is more than just an event – it is an opportunity to take an important place in an extensive, targeted, 24/7 marketing campaign. The earlier you confirm your participation, the more marketing benefits and the greater ROI you will receive.

The strategic year-round marketing campaign guarantees quality attendance. This campaign will ensure that all pertinent professionals and executives are informed of the event; it’s sponsors and exhibitors. Your organisation will directly benefit from Terrapinn’s marketing expertise and databases.

We will use the following channels to promote Mobile Content World 2005:

Broadcast media
Mobile Content World 2004 was supported by “Official Media Partner” CNBC Europe, Europe’s leading business and financial TV news channel. Advertisements were aired on the channel in the lead-up to the event, and CNBCEurope.com carried event promotional material.

Several live interviews and pre-taped segments were recorded on the exhibition show floor and in the conference room, which were then broadcast on CNBC Europe television channel.

Direct Mail
Mobile Content World 2005 will be marketed to an extensive range of named contacts across Terrapinn’s massive vertical market databases and specific, focused external lists.

In addition to this widespread and targeted direct mailing, the event will be prefaced throughout the year by substantial above the line promotional, press and advertising activity - carried out across all media, and in conjunction with our unmatched global network of local media partners.

Conference Brochure
A comprehensive conference program that addresses both technology and management issues will be distributed to in excess of 100,000 senior executives from our own extensive database.

Exhibition Visitor Tickets
Using as many as twelve separate mail shots we will package up to 1,000,000 visitor tickets with other promotional materials and direct to Middle and Senior Managers within the target industries.

Email marketing
Over one million carefully targeted email messages will be sent out, providing additional web traffic and profile for event sponsors.

Telemarketing
A dedicated team of sales professionals will contact key target delegates and visitors to secure their attendance.

Monthly Fax Marketing Campaigns
These act as constant reminders of the event and are an ideal medium by which to announce new information, promote sponsors and profile key individuals.
